Brook Goods Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive your confirmation email.

Order Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to update it before the order ships, but we can't guarantee changes once an order is in processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first, then contact us at brookgoodsco@gmail.com and we'll help investigate.
