The grit comes out of the salad, not onto your plate. Fill the bowl, press Start, and a spinning vortex tumbles every strawberry, grape and leaf through moving water while you get on with dinner.

A rinse under the tap wets the outside. The sand in the spinach ribs and the dirt in the strawberry seeds stay put, because nothing moves the produce.

This bowl spins the water instead, so every piece turns over and over for three minutes and the water does the scrubbing. You can watch it happen through the clear side.

  • ✅ Vortex wash - the impeller in the bowl floor spins the water, so produce tumbles instead of sitting still
  • ✅ Three timed modes - 3 minutes for berries and grapes, 10 for greens, 15 when it came from the garden
  • ✅ Bowl lifts off the base - carry it to the sink, pour the water away, rinse the bowl, done
  • ✅ 3.8 L bowl - about 4 quarts, so a box of berries or a big bunch of greens goes in at once
  • ✅ Cordless - runs on its own battery and charges by the USB-C cable in the box, so it sits wherever the counter has room

How it works

  1. Set the bowl on the base, fill with tap water to the line on the bowl, and add the produce.
  2. Put the lid on. Press Function to pick 3, 10 or 15 minutes, then press Start. The light under the bowl comes on and the vortex begins.
  3. The cycle stops on its own. Lift the bowl off the base and pour the water away at the sink.
  4. Rinse the bowl and lid. The base holds the motor and battery, so it stays out of the sink.

What you get

One base with the battery and controls, one clear 3.8 L bowl with the impeller in its floor, one lid, one USB-C charging cable and the manual. No wall adapter; the cable plugs into any USB-C charger or laptop port.

Size

The box is about 10.9 x 10.8 x 9.6 in and weighs 2.75 lb, so the washer stores on a shelf like a salad spinner.

Good to know

It is a bowl that spins water. That is the whole trick, and it is why it works. It will not peel, it will not dry the greens, and a potato caked in mud still wants a brush.

There is no lift-out basket: you pour the water off and the produce stays in the bowl. The lid has drain holes around the handle. Charge it between washes, not during.

The panel labels the 15 minute mode "sanitization". We make no claim about that beyond the longer wash.

We ran it ourselves

Our own unit, two washes on camera, before this page went up. A box of strawberries and a box of blueberries, straight from the store, tap water to the line, lid on, Start.

What we saw: the light under the bowl came on, the water was turning within a second or two, and every berry was moving. Nothing sat on the bottom and nothing floated in one spot. The clear bowl shows all of it, which is why the videos on this page are our own footage and not the maker's renders.

What we heard: on the phone's microphone the motor was quieter than the water being poured into the bowl.

What we found: the maker's listing pictures show a lift-out basket. Ours does not have one, so this page was rewritten to say so. You pour the water off and the berries stay in the bowl.

What we have not measured yet: a full charge from empty, how many washes one charge gives, and the exact bowl height. Those numbers go here as soon as we have them.

Questions

Does anything actually come off? Grit, sand and the dirt that hides in seeds and folds come off because the produce is moving through the water, not sitting under it. The clear bowl lets you see it.

Is it just a bowl with a motor? Yes. The impeller in the floor makes the vortex, and the vortex moves the produce. That is the point.

Does it need to be plugged in? No. It runs on its own battery. Charge it with the USB-C cable between uses.

How do I get the water out? Lift the bowl off the base and pour it away at the sink. The lid has drain holes around the handle.

What about meat and seafood? The maker lists both. Rinse the bowl and lid well afterward.

How do I clean it? Rinse the bowl and lid under the tap. Wipe the base. Do not submerge the base.

How long is delivery? About 5 to 12 days. Free tracked shipping across the US.

What if I do not love it? Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. You can pay in installments at checkout with Shop Pay, if you qualify.

See It in Action

Fill the bowl, press Start, and the vortex tumbles every piece through moving water. When the timer stops, lift the basket out and let it drain over the bowl.
